I have lived in Lubbock almost all of my life. I came to Southcrest in 1979, with one of my best friends, Shelley and found my place to worship and serve the Lord. It has been my home and my family ever since. I have taught numerous children through the years, in the Youth Ministry and our Kids Day Out program, and I consider them all to be "my kids". I have three children of my own and love every minute I spend with them. My boys play baseball and my daughter sings. I am either at the ballpark or at a choir concert. Since 2004 I have had the privilege to work here as well.

I grew up at Southcrest. I love nothing more than sharing Jesus with precious little children. I've worked at Southcrest over 17 years. I've been married to my best friend, Mark for almost 27 short years. I have 3 fabulous children who love the Lord deeply. Trevor is in college, Julia who is a Senior, and Abby who is in the 7th grade. In my spare time, I love scrapbooking, collecting antiques, and traveling.

I have worked at Southcrest since 2001 starting as a KDO teacher and now as the Children's Ministry Assistant. I have two daughters Haley & Hope, who love being a part of many activities here at Southcrest. I am involved in several areas of the Children"s Ministry and I love working with kids! I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as shopping, traveling, watching movies and reading.

I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. I am fortunate to have attended Lubbock Christian School from 1st-12th grade and lived in a Christian home. This is where my foundation in Christ began.
I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. With the exception of doing my college internship at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, Lubbock has always been home and I hope it will continue to be home.
It is my honor and privilege to serve on staff at Southcrest. The rewards from working at Southcrest far out weigh any other job that I can imagine. Ministering to families, knowing and loving children and having the opportunity to teach children about Jesus at such a young age has and will continue to be a true blessing in my life.
I have been blessed with 3 wonderful and healthy children. In my not so much spare time, I enjoy watching my children in their sports and activities. I enjoy traveling with my family and spending time with my friends and family.
